Trainer
Location: hybrid in Helena, MT
Salary: $ 20-25 per hour DOE. plus benefits
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

About the Trainer role:
The individual who fills this position will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the training efforts with Conduent internally and required state training sessions. The trainer will work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs to meet client expectations. Training sessions are held monthly on predetermined MMIS Medicaid provide specific topics. Internal training sessions include employee onboarding, employee development topics and new process implementations.
- Intermediate knowledge of training processes, such as adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Effective coordination skills such as ability to facilitate open discussion in a less structured environment.
- Effective class preparation skills.
- Ability to coordinate across assigned tasks and to interact with employees in all areas of the account.
- Ability to analyze effectiveness of training and to independently implement, with guidance from the manager, appropriate solutions without compromising instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Ability to coach others and provide performance feedback (e.g. trainees, agents, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Some college with 2 plus years of experience in facilitation/trainer role or HS diploma or GED.
- General knowledge of policy and guidelines of state healthcare programs and/or Medicaid.
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Coaching or training experience
- Training Certification
- Experience working with Medicaid
- Excellent communication & presentation skills

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $20-$25/hr DOE
