This position is Onsite - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

No Weekends – Flexible Work Schedule

Payrate: $16.50/hr.

About the Role

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry. You will verify and correct data where necessary.

Hours:

8:00AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
• Transcribe information into the required electronic format
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
• Print information when required
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Assisting with other duties as assigned

Qyalifications

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have MS Office product experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Have prior business environment work experience
• Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers
• Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening and drug test
