Customer Service Representative

Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative , you will serve as the first point of contact for our client's customers, assisting with questions and resolving complaints related to their accounts. Your active listening skills, customer service experience, and creativity will enable you to provide a world-class service experience in every interaction.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts, averaging 40 to 50 calls daily.
- Utilize training materials and resources to respond effectively to customer inquiries.
- Identify and address customer needs to provide complete and accurate solutions.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Process transactions through our web-based applications efficiently.
- Conduct thorough research requests as needed.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
- Communicate empathetically and effectively with customers.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements, ensuring information is shared only with authorized individuals.
- Support other operations during peak workloads or in the absence of team members.
