Call center agent
Hourly rate $18.00
Details:
Work on-site located in E. Lansing, MI. Hours- 8:30-5 pm EST. Regular, Full-time with Benefits, 2-3 years of Customer service center experience. Prior payments/data entry setting, but not required. Background check and fingerprinting.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to meet the requirements of a background check, and fingerprinting.
- General office skills to include 2 years experience in data entry and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
- Good attendance/punctuality
- Outbound and inbound call experience
- 2 years of call center or customer service settings.
Duties:
- Performs business support or technical work, using data.
- Organizing and coordination skills.
- Data Entry, Moderate outbound and inbound call center setting
- Performs tasks based on established procedures.
