Job Overview :
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, assisting with a variety of inquiries related to their accounts. Your goal will be to actively listen and leverage your customer service expertise to create memorable experiences during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls (average of 40-50 calls daily) and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Utilize training and resources to provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify customer needs and ensure they receive comprehensive and clear responses.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations.
- Process transactions through web-based applications.
- Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
- Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to confidentiality and compliance laws.
- Support colleagues during busy periods or absences.
