Position Overview :
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our client's customers, helping to resolve inquiries and complaints effectively. Your passion for customer service, paired with your listening skills and creativity, will contribute to delivering a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, averaging 40 to 50 calls daily.
- Utilize training and available resources to provide accurate and comprehensive answers to customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs to offer complete and precise resolutions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and challenging situations with empathy.
- Process transactions using web-based applications efficiently.
- Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
- Communicate in a warm, effective manner to foster positive customer interactions.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and legal regulations regarding customer information.
- Assist colleagues during peak times or staff absences as needed.
