ONSITE ONLY: Full-Time Payment Processing Associate

Location: Columbia, SC ONSITE ONLY

$15.00 per hour in training

$15.00 per hour in production

Hours:

Monday: 7 AM- completion (typically 9-10 hours days), Tuesday 8 AM-Completion (Hours vary).

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative/clerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting, or similar activities.
• Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
• Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source documents and/or phone calls into an automated system.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.
• Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.
• Handle multiple assignments.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.
• Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
• Good attendance/punctuality
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred.
• Ten-key experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors:

• Accurate typing skills
• Attention to detail/accurate typing skills
• Data entry skills and 10,000 KPH numeric
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to use PC, 10 key, calculator, and/or data entry devices.
• Payment processing experience desired.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
