Summary:

The Transaction Processing IV Hybrid role is responsible for overseeing customer interactions, ensuring service excellence, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to support customers and internal teams.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure adherence to schedules and operational commitments
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain seamless operations.
• Monitor and manage site shrink to maintain productivity levels.
• Oversee real-time KPI and SLA performance tracking
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with HR on employee development, performance management, and documentation.
• Participate in hiring, on-boarding, and training initiatives to build a capable and high-performing team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1-year experience in Call Center or Customer Services
• Previous experience in a leadership role a plus
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and security fingerprints
