Area Supervisor
This position is responsible for managing / directing the daily activities of Field Technicians relating to providing service to TVMs, TOMS and Validators in the Northern part of New Jersey and Manhattan. The incumbent is a qualified, individual producer who applies a strong knowledge of maintenance / diagnostic concepts, practices and procedures, generally works under deadlines is capable of handling heavy workloads and operating with only general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct support to technicians for error / problem resolution.
- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
- Participate in remote / onsite support nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Frequent interactions with functional peer groups and client.
- Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors and exercises judgement within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
- Provides feedback / performance reveiws on a periodic basis.
- Performs administrative duties including workforce scheduling and time reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary : $61,985 - $80,500
