About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Capture Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing capture efforts to secure new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic and analytical thinker who can shape opportunities, conduct thorough research, and maintain momentum throughout complex capture processes.
Responsibilities
- Leading capture efforts : Developing and executing capture plans to secure new business opportunities.
- Shaping opportunities : Engaging early with potential clients to align their requirements with Conduent's capabilities.
- Strategizing and planning : Conducting competitive analysis, identifying win themes, and developing strategies to differentiate Conduent's offerings.
- Conducting research : Analyzing market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to inform capture strategies.
- Building relationships : Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to enhance Conduent's position in the market.
- Managing resources : Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective capture activities.
- Developing proposals : Collaborating with proposal managers and subject matter experts to create compelling, compliant proposals.
- Analyzing data : Monitoring capture efforts to measure and inform success.
- Maintaining momentum : Ensuring sustained engagement and enthusiasm throughout the capture process.
- Tracking progress : Reporting on the status of capture efforts and ensuring alignment with business development goals.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $140-170k.
