Onsite-Lexington, KY-Full-Time 8 am -5 pm schedule
Hourly rate $18.00
Job description / Duties :
Accurately research and resolve child support payments. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data / assigned work. Communicate appropriate options for resolution promptly. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and production. Must be familiar with telephone systems and window-based computer applications. Provide functional guidance, training, and assistance to staff as needed.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to meet the requirements of a background check.
- Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
- Good attendance / punctuality
- 2-3 years' experience.
- Be familiar with telephone systems and window-based computers.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to $18 / hr base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, The estimated pay for this role is $ 18.00 per hour.
