You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.Print and Mail OperatorHours : Sunday - Thursday 2 PM - 10 : 30 PMPosition is Onsite in Plano, TexasPay is $17.50-$19 per hour.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a mailroom, post office, transactional print, production, or fulfillment environment. Knowledge of commercial printing, inserting mail pieces into envelope or direct mailer business is highly preferred.Familiarity with Kern Inserters, Pitney Bowes, Bell & Howe inserting equipment, RICOH, or CANON printers is also advantageous.Responsibilities : Process workload delegated based on Service Level Agreement due dates.Operate Canon High Speed Commercial Printers and Kern Inserters to process customer files.Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent6 months to 1 year experience working in a similar environment.Basic computer skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic.Team building skills.Good organizational skillsAttention to detail.Learning to be efficient and mistake-free while maintaining speed.Excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and / or benefits-related information. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
