About the Position
Conduit Power is on a path to supplement our Nation's power generation system with reliable and dispatchable generation in ways that reduces carbon footprint and accelerates the transition to clean, renewable energy.
We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Controls Engineer / Specialist (ICE / S) at who will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of our reciprocating engines and battery energy storage systems. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of engineers to design, implement, and maintain instrumentation and control systems that ensure the reliability, efficiency, security, and safety of our products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of energy innovation and contribute to shaping the future of the industry.
You will :
- Design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems for thermal power plants and battery storage systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software engineers, and implementation teams to integrate instrumentation and control systems into overall product design.
- Specify, select, and procure sensors, actuators, controllers, and all other hardware necessary for instrumentation and control systems.
- Develop control algorithms and strategies to optimize the performance, efficiency, security, and safety of energy storage and generation systems.
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems, both in laboratory and field environments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in instrumentation and controls engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams during product development, manufacturing, and deployment phases.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the capabilities and reliability of instrumentation and control systems.
- Develop and track internal training and development programs in support of a culture of safe work.

Target Comp Range :
115,000 to $125,000 base salary bonus, depending on experience
