About the Job : The director of Arboriculture will lead and grow the firm's arboriculture division in West Chester, PA. This role involves developing and implementing arboriculture programs, managing 1-2 tree crews and insuring the health and safety of trees in various landscapes.

o Certified Arborist
o OSHA qualifications preferred
o Excellent people skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
o Self-motivated, organized, and proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word)
o Valid driver's license required.
Key Responsibilities :
o Design and implement comprehensive arboriculture programs.
o Develop strategies for tree health, maintenance, and safety.
o Educate commercial customers on the needs of their grounds.
o Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
o Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
o Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
o Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
o Develop sales with new clients in the region
o Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled arborists.
o Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
o Work well with operations team members, providing support, and helping them achieve enhancement and renewal goals.
o Develop client-centric, solution / value-based proposals.
o Identify customer pain points and provide creative solutions.
o Strategize to build client-centric and solution / value-based proposals
