About the Job : The Landscape Construction Foreman will assist the Senior Superintendent with the execution of landscape construction projects. This role involves scheduling, managing, and helping install multiple projects, prioritizing daily work assignments and schedules, delegating job tasks, and managing 2-3 crews. The Foreman must understand the scope of work, identify potential issues, understand budgets, scheduling and communicate effectively to assist in developing solutions. Responsibilities also include conducting pre-construction walk-throughs with designers and clients to ensure all project details are clearly understood and addressed. Reporting directly to the Senior Superintendent, the Superintendent will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our landscape construction projects.
