About the Job : The Landscape Maintenance PM will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of landscapes for various projects across the region. This position involves managing projects and personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. The PM must understand clients' concerns and provide effective solutions to meet their needs. Reporting directly to the Vice President of the company, the PM will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion, and implementing best practices in landscape maintenance. Additionally, the Superintendent will be involved in scheduling, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our landscape maintenance division.
