The Managing Director is an upper management leader and corporate advisor, working closely with executive management to provide clients with expert professional engineering guidance and support on projects. The Associate is responsible for managing the project stakeholder experience and the project quality, providing superior day-to-day project initiation, planning, execution, and close-out leadership throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, the Associate is a team leader responsible for managing a group of engineers and designers of various levels and trades who work on the same projects.
