While your core job is to build great products, you’ll occasionally step outside of product to support go-to-market efforts or customer success — a great opportunity to learn how this massive, critical industry works. You'll also work directly with the CEO and CTO every day.

As a product-minded Software Engineer, you will …
- Iteratively build features all over the stack, and be responsible for the success or failure of the products/features.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from identifying real-world problems by talking to customers or analyzing data to delivering polished, usable solutions. Often, you’ll need to use your judgement to make product decisions without needing layers of approval.
- Collaborate with design, or often design UI/UX yourself when speed matters.
- Make sound technical decisions that balance the delivery of today’s features with building a foundation for tomorrow’s.
- Contribute to a development experience and infrastructure that accelerates product delivery as we grow.
- Play a pivotal role in establishing the company’s product direction, culture, and processes.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites.

Qualifications
You will thrive here if you...
- Ideally have 3 years of full stack experience. With a baseline level of comfort with web development, experience with our tech stack (Python, Django, Svelte, Postgres) is not a requirement; in fact, you will have a major voice in choosing new technologies.
- Are driven by curiosity and a desire to learn. You aren’t expected to start out an expert on anything, but you should aspire to develop that expertise as the situation requires.
- Are persistent in driving through blockers and towards solutions.
- Make confident trade-offs in low-leverage decisions, but also have a keen eye for identifying high-leverage inflection points.
- Exercise empathy with our customers and their partners to understand their pain points.
- Are adaptive to changes and learnings.
- Have logistics and startup experience - a plus, but not a requirement
