Well-established commercial roofing company seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. We have immediate openings for the following positions :

1. Skilled Laborers

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in various construction tasks, including material handling and site cleanup.
  • Support roofing and installation crews as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in construction or roofing preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

    • 2. Boom Truck Crane Operator

    Responsibilities :

  • Operate boom truck cranes to transport and position materials.
  • Perform safety inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Work closely with the crew to ensure efficient job site operations.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Class A or B CDL license.
  • NCCCO certification preferred.
  • Previous experience operating boom truck cranes in construction.

    • 3. CDL Class A Driver

    Responsibilities :

  • Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Load and unload materials as needed.
  • Adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating commercial vehicles and hauling construction materials.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.

    • 4. Commercial Roofer

    Responsibilities :

  • Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete roofing tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Experience in commercial roofing preferred.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship.

    • 5. Production Foreman

    Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects.
  • Train team members and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate with management and clients to oversee project completion.

    • Requirements :

  • Leadership experience in commercial roofing or construction.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
