Job Title : Registered Nurse

License : Must have an active license

Certifications : BLS, NIH

Must-Have : EPIC experience preferred, Telemetry and remote monitoring experience required, feeding tube care and management, accessing ports, blood product administration, central line care / management, peripheral line care / management, PICC line management, starting IVs, CVA, nasal cannula, isolation precautions, wound care / wound vac, patient ratios experience required (1 : 5-6)

Job Description :

• Work on night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM with rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to float between all health system facilities.
• Provide specialized care to stroke and neuro patient populations with multiple co-morbidities.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1 : 5-6 in an inpatient setting.
• Conduct telemetry and on-unit monitoring of patients.
• Handle feeding tube care and management.
• Manage central and peripheral lines, including PICC line management and starting IVs.
• Administer blood products and provide care for isolation precautions and wound care / wound vacs.
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation, typically taking 2-4 hours.
• Ensure compliance files are completed on time.
• Vaccines required with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only.

Please note : This role requires completion of compliance files by the specified deadline and adherence to defined RTO rules.
