The Talent Acquisition Consultant serves as a highly trusted and engaged strategic partner responsible for defining open positions, attracting and hiring diverse top talent while offering metrics necessary to achieve best in class talent acquisition. Works with urgency along with assigned hiring leaders and other areas of People and Culture to design and implement effective and creative recruitment plans. Provides customer obsessed recruitment services in a timely, cost efficient and effective manner. Works closely with the hiring leaders to develop a unique personal and trusted relationship that allows for full understanding of their business. Proactively addresses staffing needs, while providing recruitment and workforce planning services. Allows each candidate the best experience through process guidance and continuous and timely status updates. Provides the necessary prep for candidates to present their best self. Consistently brings a high touch, top shelf level experience for both leader and candidate.

Responsibilities
Provides high quality consultative approach with departmental leaders to help define short- and long-term staffing needs, succession planning, job analysis and job description development. Provides the hiring leader with a useful and productive intake session for each job opening offering an accurate and detailed understanding of the position. This session paints the picture for the skill set, experience level, education and interpersonal abilities needed to consistently provide exceptional patient care, while caring for each other and the Cone Health community. Will build a relationship of trust and true partnership with each hiring leader and candidate serving as a brand ambassador of ?we are right here with you.? Provides communication in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. All interactions are individualized and customized to create a high touch and unique experience for both candidate and hiring leader. Engages the entire People and Culture team in order to utilize available resources so each leader and candidate has the benefit of all available talent through sourcing, recruitment, pre-boarding and orientation. Seeks each opportunity to recruit the best, retain our own and to provide for the experience expected from one of America's Best Employers. Creates and engages in recruitment activities and events, providing wide based exposure of the Cone opportunities to Top talent locally and on a national level.Partners the Sourcing Team regarding screening, interview/selection process using the appropriate strategies to identify and secure top talent. Will provide the support needed for each candidate as they prepare to be their best self as they present and interview with specific leaders. Candidate preparation includes providing precise communication regarding the position, review of job description, departmental structure and review of values. Consults with the leader on hiring, promotion and transfer decisions. Works towards identifying the best fit for each department while upholding efforts to be a diverse, inclusive and equitable employer. Provides direction for leaders as they determine start dates, pay rates, internal equity and labor market issues. Extends offers with confidence and strong foundational knowledge of the Total Rewards Program for Cone Health. Completes the recruitment experience with a strong finish by providing a smooth transition of the candidate to the pre-boarding team, eliminating concern over next steps. Provides hiring leader with timely, accurate and complete information regarding important dates and progress through completion of the hiring process. Develops self as an elite, top performing customer obsessed, expert in the area of professional recruitment through continued education, literature searches, networking, webinars and professional association meetings. Demonstrates strong professional development through provision of a premier level service line to the entire client base including the recruitment team, hiring leaders and candidates.Provides feedback, relevant metrics and data to keep all involved in the Talent Acquisition service line apprised of how Cone aligns with national benchmarks and service expectation.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:REQUIRED:Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Sales/marketing or related discipline or at least 7 years in recruitment with an Associate Degree
EXPERIENCE:REQUIRED: 3 years of current Recruitment/HR experience, which allows for a developed knowledge base in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding that includes marketing opportunities, sourcing for talent, designing and executing selection processes through screening, interviewing, and utilization of Talent Science. PREFERRED:Prefer health care related recruitment and/or Human Resource experience.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:PREFERRED:SHRM-CP, PHR, CHHR, or other like certifications
