Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking Lead Facilities Technician to lead a new division within our organization.
You’ll make sure our client's facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect their properties for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on the equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has prior maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have construction experience to support our build outs and renovation projects.
Our client locations are within a 50 mile radius of Bordentown NJ. This is a field postion and travel to these locations is required. Candidates will need a clean driving record to use company vans.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
- Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
- Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
- Handle additional maintenance & construction tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 5 years of maintenance or construction experience
- Knowledge of carpentry, heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends - rotating schedule
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Able to effectively manage projects and communicate with other trades
Salary : $30 - $45
