Behavioral Health Care Specialist
We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Behavioral Health Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care to adults in our 29-bed locked unit.
Job Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive mental health care to adults in our 29-bed locked unit
- Performing psychiatric assessments, therapy, and medication management
- Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Leveraging your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current state RN license
- An associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- CPR Certification preferred
- Dysrhythmia Certification preferred
