Position Summary:
Participates in planning, organizing, developing, and implementing the overall operation for the nursing care of patients as related to ER and Med/Surg. Promotes optimal care for all population specific patients through observation, evaluation, education and effective management. Acting on behalf of hospital administration during off shifts, weekends, and holidays with direct access to senior leadership 24/7. Allows the highest degree of patient safety and quality for patient care to be implemented and maintained, at all times, during their assigned shift. EEOC Statement:

· Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
· Acute care Nursing experience
· Current PA RN license, CPR, Successful completion of a basic dysrhythmia course, ACLS/PALS certification within six (6) months of hire of hire
