Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of company facilities. This includes ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational functionality by working with vendors and managing office supplies inventory. Additionally, the position will provide backup support for the Warehouse, performing shipping, receiving, and related tasks on a minimal basis.
Facilities Maintenance:
- Oversee maintenance and repair requests for company offices in Sanborn and Depew, NY and warehouse in Lockport, NY.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility services to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment.
- Procure office supplies and manage inventory.
- Perform basic handyman tasks, including minor repairs and maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, painting, etc.).
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as necessary.
Warehouse Assistance:
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Build pallets and prepare products for shipping.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using shipping software.
- Lift or move heavy objects, up to 100 pounds, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience in the vehicle, trucking, or construction equipment industry is preferred.
- Experience managing a facility or warehouse operations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
