Join our Innovative ABA Team as a BCBA!

Are you interested in working in a newly opening clinic in the heart of Lancaster, PA?

Tired of being burnt out with billable requirements that are too high and these billable requirements being valued over clinical quality? We have a low minimum requirement for weekly billable hours (18 hours per week) that qualifies you for medical benefits and PTO, plus increased hourly rates for any hours over the minimum requirement!

Do you want to work for a company that utilizes a constructional approach to applied behavior analysis? Rather than striving to eliminate behavior, we are focused on establishing repertoires (the absence of which is the problem).

Are you driven by a passion for creating meaningful change in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? Are you seeking an opportunity to grow as a BCBA in an environment that values mentorship, innovation, and your unique contributions?

At Conestoga Behavioral Services, we are dedicated to providing transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that empowers individuals and their families. Our mission is to create socially significant improvements in the lives of those we serve while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for our team members. Join us in shaping a brighter future together.

  • Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking team that values creativity and embraces new ideas.
