What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Superintendent position at Conewago Enterprises?

We are currently accepting applications to fill the following three (3) building superintendent positions.
- Traveling Superintendent for out of state projects.
- Commercial/Tilt Superintendent
- Finish Superintendent (Churches/Finish Spaces)
As a Building Superintendent you’ll manage all aspects of the project onsite including Subcontractors, Suppliers, as well as Conewago Self-Performing Crews!
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership skills including ability to manage self-perform crews.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to keep project on time and within budget.
- Willingness to travel out of town to various jobsites.
