- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects in support of departmental goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Efficiency
- Communicate with the Natural Work Group and leadership to understand problems, propose and implement engineering solutions
- Leverage and implement technology to drive business improvement
- Define and update work standards, routings, layouts and work instructions
- Design and maintain manufacturing tooling, process monitoring, and risk mitigation solutions
