Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative At John Deere’s Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) Located In Johnston, IA, You Will Provide Front-line Technical Support/information/solutions To John Deere Dealers And Customers On ISG Product Related Inquiries, Issues, And Concerns To Optimize Customer Satisfaction And Retention. In Addition, You Will

• Provide support via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) while effectively documenting each interaction within the Case Contact Management System (CCMS)

What Skills You Need

• Create and maintain support tools/solutions available online
• Interfaces with other functional groups, such as Dealer Technical Assistance Center (DTAC), Product Support, Order Fulfillment, and Software Engineering to respond to general inquiries
• Participate in closed loop problem resolution process to identify, escalate, and resolve issues
• Skills in interpersonal communications and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of agriculture customers
• Self-taught, quick, continuous learner
• Be available to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime to support business hours and needs
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• Adaptability in a change environment, change mindset
• Experience with customer service/support experience
• High comfort level and experience with consumer software applications
• Agriculture operations experience, including Precision Farming experience
• Lead activities related to STEM clubs
• Work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
  
  

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field, IT or a similar discipline preferred, or equivalent related work experience
