Key Responsibilities :

- Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to Management and Executives to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify focus areas and drive process improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to technology leaders, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data-driven initiatives.
- Explore opportunities for automation, innovation, and process enhancements across business operations.
- Leverage business intelligence tools such as ServiceNow, PowerBI, Tableau, and Celonis to provide insights and improve the associate experience.
