Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Systems Integration Analyst. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities :
- Our team is seeking a seasoned technology professional to assume the role of Integration Analyst with a focus on platform integration / migration.
- The Integration Analyst is a key member of the team who will work closely with Program Managers, Solution Architects, Business Systems Analysts, and key stakeholders to Client and deliver solutions pertaining to our platform migration.
- Serve as a key point of contact and will play a critical role in ensuring our processes and connections are documented and migrated successfully into our new platform.
- Be the primary liaison between the Business, Technology, and the Vendor for all things related to the discovery and support of the vendor migration.
- Build relationships with your stakeholders to understand their needs and convert those needs into requirements and solutions for IT and for the vendor.
- Lead coordination of cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) : implementation, enhancements, and integrations.
- Help troubleshoot any system issues, and you'll work closely with the vendor to ensure that we address any future state engagements / enhancements that may affect migration.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity & reasonable autonomy, researching & reading documentation, asking probing questions, solutioning, and driving items to completion.
- Independently lead effort to Client vendor contacts, details, and document requirements and any potential future changes at vendor that could affect migration efforts.
- Ability to organize data and analyze into actionable steps for vendor re-connection. Function as the primary analyst, distilling and interpreting needs to formulate a comprehensive and coherent technology solution. Serve as the primary technical contact for research and analysis.
- Maintain and manage all outgoing and incoming communications both internally and externally.
- Lead the end-to-end migration of re-connecting vendors to new environment including coordination with vendor staff, communication with business stakeholders and internal staff, ensuring internal teams have intake requests, validation of credentials / access for vendor, and tracking of progress of all migration activities to closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for information, documentation, resolving issues, and identifying gaps.
- Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure issues / requests are documented and tracked.
