Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and documenting vendor (3rd party) systems to ensure they meet business requirements and integrate effectively with existing infrastructure.
- Analyze vendor system specifications and documentation.
- Evaluate system functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot problems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and process flows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Participate in the selection, implementation, and ongoing support of vendor systems.
- Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Systems Analysis assignments/projects.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. preferred not required
- Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., SQL, data analysis software).
- 3-5 years Business Acumen
- Proficient with vendor relationship management.
- Proven experience in analyzing vendor systems.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
