Conexess Group is aiding a Tennessee based client in their search for a Salesforce Admin / Developer. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
The Salesforce Admin / Developer is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, upgrading, researching, deploying, and repairing our Salesforce instance with the drive to learn new tools such as SharePoint and Sage cloud solutions. This is an admin level position but will include developer work as requested and once comfortability with systems is attained. This role is an in-house resource for all aspects of business applications including security, user training, reporting, support requests, data hygiene and will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce applications throughout the environment. This role will report to the IT Director.
Job Responsibilities :
- Customization : Assisting in the customization of Salesforce by creating and modifying fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet the specific needs of the organization. Review upgrades to evaluate the impact on processes, configurations, and customizations.
- User Support : Assisting Salesforce users with day-to-day issues, including login problems, access permissions, and general troubleshooting.
- Data Management : Managing and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce by importing, exporting, and updating records as needed. This includes data cleansing and deduplication.
- Workflow Automation : Building and maintaining workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes and streamline operations.
- Reports and Dashboards : Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance and overall business data.
- Security and Permissions : Managing user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access to data and functionality within Salesforce.
- Training and Documentation : Training new users and creating documentation to help users understand how to use Salesforce effectively. Participate in sales team meetings and ensure all action items discussed are documented and executed
- Integration : Collaborating with other teams to organize and consolidate information from multiple systems to prepare lists and reports for consumption of the sales team and leadership, importing and exporting data between various systems.
- Collaboration : Proactively collaborate with the sales team to solicit feedback and improve or create processes and procedures as needed to boost productivity.
- Company Onboarding : Developing and implementing an onboarding plan of action to pull new companies and users onto Salesforce
- Travel 10% / - (Southeast region)
