Job Summary
Conexess is seeking a skilled and dedicated Visage Instructional Trainer with a background in training healthcare professionals on PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) to transition to Visage's innovative imaging system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training individuals on various PACS systems and will be responsible for ensuring seamless adoption and optimal use of Visage solutions within the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Development & Delivery :
Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs for healthcare professionals (radiologists, technicians, and clinical staff) on Visage's imaging system.
Support the transition from legacy PACS systems to Visage, ensuring smooth migration with minimal disruption to healthcare services.
Work closely with clinical and IT teams to assess training needs and tailor educational content accordingly.
Monitor learner progress, gather feedback, and adjust training strategies to address any gaps or challenges in the learning process.
Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, attendance, and progress.
Collaborate with the Visage software vendor and internal teams to stay updated on new features, functionalities, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare IT training.
At least 3-5 years of experience in training healthcare professionals on PACS systems (such as McKesson, Client Healthcare, Agfa, Philips, or Siemens).
In-depth knowledge of medical imaging technologies, specifically PACS and DICOM standards.
