The Residential Services Lead provides compassionate care and assistance to individuals who struggle with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral health challenges. This role assists clients to live independently and ensures their wellness, health, and safety. The DSP works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide services meeting environmental, physical, psychosocial, and personal needs.

Description of Position

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with persons who struggle with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral health challenges
Professional Credentials/Certifications
- Three-year Motor Vehicle Record and valid Delaware driver's license
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Obtains all required training, skills, and certifications required by the organization, accreditors, regulators, and contractors
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
