Job Summary
The Residential Services Lead provides assistance and support to persons who require help to achieve their fullest potential.
You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide a wide range of services that meet the environmental, physical, psychosocial, and personal needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and wellness
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and services
- Assist with medication administration, medical procedures, and other healthcare-related tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
