What You’ll Do
As the Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind our wholesale sales efforts in the Midwest territory. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies for national and/or regional wholesale and retail accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients to ensure strong client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Represent Conexus Food Solutions at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area.
- 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in Chinese.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage and grow wholesale accounts.
- Familiarity with wholesale distribution channels and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience with Asian food products and knowledge of market trends.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 Plus Commission
