Conexus is growing and we need talented service technicians in the Philadelphia area to help us keep our clients’ facilities safe, comfortable and efficient.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain systems: Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits to keep our customer’s buildings fully optimized
- Troubleshoot systems: Respond to service calls, troubleshoot the issue and fix it
- Turn-key smaller projects: Provide technical support for projects direct to our customers.
- Partner with our customers: Maintain strong relationships to establish long-term partnerships with our customers.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with building automation systems (Tridium experience is a plus) and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
- Knowledge of control system programming and configuration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Valid driver’s license
Salary : $65,000 - $115,000
