We are seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to join our Prime Commercial Department. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about the insurance industry and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you’ll support our Prime Account Managers and Producers by providing top-tier service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and efficiency.

The Role: Commercial Lines CSR
As a Commercial Lines CSR, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and team members by providing high-quality, efficient service. Your work will directly contribute to the onboarding and retention of clients, policy renewals, and much more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and the renewal process for existing clients.
- Provide support for policy reviews, coverage recommendations, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Handle client inquiries, research policies, and ensure timely updates in our Applied Epic management system.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Producers to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Contribute to process improvement and share innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License (required)
- 2 years of insurance experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Applied Epic and Indio is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus but not required
