Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee the payroll process for their organization. This role will be integral in managing payroll operations for approximately 2,000 employees across the United States, Germany and UK. The ideal candidate must have expertise in ADP Workforce solutions and a solid understanding of payroll practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the entire payroll function for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Process payroll using ADP Workforce software, including setting up new hires, calculating wages, benefits, deductions, and ensuring proper tax withholdings.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll transactions.
- Stay updated with federal, state, and provincial payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance in both the US, Germany and UK.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and reporting.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and financial reporting purposes.
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement improvements to payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related filings and reports as required.
