Location : Hybrid (3 days in office) in our Glendale or our Playa Vista office

The Role :
We are seeking a motivated Senior Recruiter with Accounting and Finance
recruitment experience to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for both interim and direct hire positions.
The ideal candidate enjoys recruiting and advising candidates, is highly motivated, and is a true team player.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients and candidates through various channels, including online job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone / video / in person screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles
- Work closely with colleagues and Senior Managers
