What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Mill Machinists - Night Shift position at Coneybeare LLC?
We are looking for a Mill Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Redlands. You will operate our Haas Mill with Fanuc controls, among other machines at a company that produces metal components for aerospace and defense.
Pay Rate : $22 to $23 $5-night shift differential.
Responsibilities :
Set up Operate a variety of CNC Mill machines.
Load & unload parts as instructed.
Inspect their own work using a variety of measuring instruments to meet print requirements (Calipers, Micrometers, Drop Gages).
Inspect parts and gears using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, keeping them in optimal working condition.
Adjust offsets and / or replace tooling as required.
Do basic setups and proofread programs to match print.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years of experience with CNC MILL machines (HAAS).
Setups experience is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and work with various materials (stainless, cold-rolled, Titanium, and more).
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
Schedule :
2nd Shift Monday to Thursday, 3 : 30 pm to 2 am.
Must be able to train in the morning shift prior to going to 2nd shift.
Pay Rate : $22 to $23 $5 night shift differential after 4-6 week.
