What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance position at Confederated Housing Associates, Inc?
Seeking a committed full maintenance technician for (2) small multi family housing property (32-40 hours per week). This position will be split between Alamo and Halls, Tennessee. Maintenance staff is responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including service requests, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance for both complexes.
