Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective maintenance strategies.
- Lead small projects or teams when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Fabricate and weld components as required for repairs or modifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Skills
- Proficiency in maintaining electrical systems and performing repairs.
