Job Description:
The General Services Coordinator Sr. plays a critical role in supporting the operations of the CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF THE COLVILLE RESERVATION. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating general services, managing data, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Key Tasks:
* Coordinates and administers contracts, sets up compliance schedules, and coordinates required reporting for internal, interim, and external reporting
* Develops and maintains accurate and detailed records, reports, and databases
* Provides technical assistance and guidance to staff members on office procedures and software applications
Requirements:
* High school diploma supplemented by college-level coursework in general office practices and 2 years of general clerical and keyboarding experience in a customer service-oriented environment
* Working knowledge of personal computer-based software that supports this level of work, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, and software (with data entry screens)
* Excellent human relations skills to present a positive image of the Tribe and convey technical information to others
