Job Description:
The Case Manager will be responsible for carrying out court orders and complying with enforcement protocols as it relates to collections. This includes verifying financial and informational data, negotiating with custodial and absent parents, attorneys, and employers, and reviewing and interpreting administrative support court orders. Additionally, the Case Manager must be sensitive to Native American culture and lifestyle, and able to establish and maintain effective working relations with the public, co-workers, and various Tribal, State, and Federal Programs.
