What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Processor Clerk position at Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Oregon?
Provides clerical assistance to court administration staff. Maintain workload while managing an environment with frequent customer inquiries and demands, in person and by phone. Input data entries of court documents/records. Assign, record and process case number of new complaints, citations, and petitions submitted to the court system. Must maintain confidentiality, answer incoming calls, route and/or explain procedures to a variety of individuals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Maintain strict confidentiality. Submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
