What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant prosecutor position at Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs?
Prepare and present juvenile cases for informal hearings juvenile arraignments and or to be adjudicated in Juvenile Court as overseen by the Chief Tribal Prosecutor and or Juvenile Prosecutor on behalf of CTWS.
Effectively communicate with juveniles families Tribal Court personnel Tribal Federal and State agencies.
Requirements
Impartial and discretion are required with acceptable standards of conduct integrity judgment and ethics. No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years to include no violations of tribal law.
Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years work experience working in a tribal court system.
