Job Summary
The Global Account Analyst will provide data analysis, process administration and systems support services to a global account, reviewing and streamlining procedures, adhering to corporate policies, and monitoring on-going and special projects. This role will report to the Senior Software Developer.
Responsibilities
· Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing efficiencies; and following reporting procedures.
· Creates, maintains and revises systems and procedures by analyzing data points, recordkeeping systems, forms control, and client database; implementing changes where applicable.
· Works collaboratively with an experienced team and the end customer to support successful results.
· Reviews, analyzes, and approves account contracts for required routing via the signature process according to the LOA and within the parameters of the account’s policies.
· Manages account systems and works to improve the efficiency of the systems in working together to meet the account’s requirements.
· Completes operational requirements daily and contributes to on-going projects; expediting work results.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending local educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Provides information by answering questions and requests from end customer.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Occasional travel (one to two times per year) for team meetings and client events may be required.
· Other support/duties as assigned
Required Experience
· Power BI, Cvent, Bizly, Reposit, Sisense, Tableau or like industry sourcing software understanding
· Sequel Database knowledge and experience
· BI Reporting skills
· Time management, attention to detail, administrative writing skills
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Comfortable managing processes, highly organized, adept at analyzing information, strong problem-solving capabilities
· Professionalism, strong verbal communication, comfortable with public speaking
· Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Experience
· 2 years of business experience in the hospitality industry
· SQL Knowledge
· SDLC Methodology
