We’re looking for a responsible, energetic individual who can manage our weekend operations, support staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff to ensure that the work is being done
- Serve as the main point of contact for weekend customer service needs and resolve any issues
- Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with cleaning
- Maintain a positive work environment and lead by example
- Help run our small cafe and prepare food.
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is required (Friday Evenings–Sunday)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must pass a background check (no felonies)
- Be willing to take serve safe online class (company will cover cost)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
